Rules of Operation

Scheduling & Usage
Booking Window: Up to 60 days in advance

Max Reservations: 2 weekends, 3 weekdays at any given time.
​
Minimum Flight Time: 1-hour on weekdays, 2-hours on weekends.
​
Use It or Lose It: Active participation requires 1-hour per month or $50 fee.
​
Maintenance Blocks: Aircraft will be unavailable during scheduled maintenance.

Cancellations
48-Hour Cancellation Window: Cancelling within 48 hours will incur a $50 penalty.

No shows: No shows will be charged 1-hour of flight time or 50% of the total scheduled time, whichever is greater.
​
Weather-Related Cancellations: no fee will be charged for cancellations caused by weather.

Pilot Responsibilities
Valid Pilot Certificate: Pilot must have valid certificate, current medical.

Checkouts: Mandatory checkout with approved instructor per each aircraft type.
​
Pre/Post Flight: Detailed inspections, secure aircraft, log squawks pre/post.
Aircraft Care: Clean windscreen, interior, proper tie-down, and hangaring.
