Pilots to planes ratio
Less pilots per plane means more flight availability. Exclusive "equity partnership" clubs maintain a 12:1 ratio, but are 5X the price in dues. The largest clubs in the United States maintain a 30:1 ratio, which lowers dues but causes booking nightmares. We believe a 20:1 ratio is the goldilocks zone.
